Prize Categories

First Place
Awarded to a student or team based on the consensus of volunteer judges. Several top prizes may be awarded based on availability per event; this information is on the registration page of your event. 

Student's Choice Award 
During the Buildit Challenge event, participants can vote for their favorite project. A participant can not vote for their own project.  

Participation Token
All participants will receive a token of participation (such as a small medal, ribbon, or certificate). 

If a team wins a prize, it is up to the team to decide how to share the prize that has been awarded.
